David M. Nothmann, Vice President of Business and Product Development
Nothmann joined ArborGen as vice president in 2010 and is responsible for all strategic business planning, product development and regulatory for the company. He came to ArborGen from Monsanto where he was the Americas product management lead, vegetables. During his career with Monsanto Nothmann was also a project manager and held positions as an integrated value chain leader and global manager of technology and value-added services. He later became a manager of strategy, portfolio and transactions, and then strategic account and trait licensing lead for corn states hybrid services.

Nothmann has a M.B.A. and European management certificate from New York University, Stern School of Business. His received his B.A. in American studies and German area studies from Tufts University.
